About these terms
These terms cover your use of the LaundryLabels.com website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. We are a Canadian business based at 174 Tyrrel Ave, Suite 2B, Toronto, ON M6G 2G8, Canada.
Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are shown in US dollars (USD) to visitors outside Canada. Prices exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, which are added at checkout and shown before you submit your order. We may change prices and product details at any time, but the price shown when you submit an order is the price that applies to it. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is accepted once we confirm it and payment is arranged.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website. When you place an order it is recorded as pending, and a member of our team contacts you to confirm the details and arrange payment through a secure payment provider. We may decline or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable, where the price or description was listed in error, or where we cannot verify the order or the delivery address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Delivery
We ship from Toronto, Canada, to addresses in Canada and the United States. Standard delivery is 5–10 business days and tracking is provided when you choose the tracked Canada Post shipping option at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are measured from the day your order is paid for and released to production. Orders outside Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country; those are not included in what you pay us and are your responsibility.
Personalised and custom items
Labels printed with your own text, and laundry bags carrying your own branding, are made to your specification. Please check the text and spelling you enter before you submit your order, as we print exactly what you give us. Once a personalised or custom order has gone into production it cannot be changed or cancelled, and it is not returnable except where the goods are faulty or differ from what you ordered.
Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and sets out the 30-day window, the condition goods must be in, and who pays return shipping.
Your content
You are responsible for the text and branding you ask us to print, and you confirm you have the right to use it. Please do not submit text or artwork that is unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else's trade mark, copyright or other rights. We may refuse an order that contains such material.
Our liability
We provide this website and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as the value of a garment the labels were applied to. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the laws of your province or state.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
